Shipping:

Each piece from The Nesting Owl Designs is thoughtfully handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before our order ships. 

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. 

We take great care in packaging your bows to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. 

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

Because our bows are handmade with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

However, your happiness matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a mistake on our end, please reach out within 5 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance. We're happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
